Laura DeCaro

Laura DeCaro has been working in the animal industry since 2014. She has done it all from doggy daycare, boarding , dog walking and pet sitting. Even more recently Laura has spent 6 years in Veterinary Medicine. Laura is a certified dog trainer (CPDT-KA) and has been a Dog Trainer with Good Doggy Saratoga LLC from 2018 to 2023. The dog training she did with Good Doggy Saratoga is what caused her to get into Grooming. She took a special interest in learning how to most effectively communicate with your pet throughout the husbandry and handling process and found cooperative care training. Laura holds herself to a very high standard of care following the LIMA code ethics. LIMA stands least intrusive and minimally invasive. This same code of ethics is used by the American Pet Dog Trainer Association and the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior. To put it plainly, Laura’s mission is to meet your pet where they are at. Along with Laura’s Grooming Certificate she acquired in 2022 She also is a Certified Canine Esthetician. She has an extensive understanding of skin and coat and is able to provide a customized solution for each coat type. Laura takes great pride in her care and compassion for other people’s pets. She cannot wait to meet your furry friends and give them the Spa Day they deserve!
